Conditions of Return or Refund

Subject to Australian Consumer Law, we will not accept the return of any product that has:

• Been used or installed
• Had installation attempted
• Been damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, or use outside published specifications
• Had the warranty seal broken without authorisation

Warranty Claims

To lodge a warranty claim:

1. Contact us on 1300 303 498 or info@revolutionpower.com.au
2. Provide your proof of purchase and a description of the fault
3. We will assess and advise on the appropriate resolution — repair, replacement, or refund

Warranty periods:

• Revolution Power LiFePO4 batteries — 5-year Australian warranty
• Victron Energy products — covered by Victron's Australian warranty program

Australian Consumer Law

Our warranty policy operates alongside and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
